Stress-Relief Tea


This tea recipe was given to me from a family friend and has worked really well in times of stress and restlessness.

Steep 1 tsp. of tea in 6 oz. hot water for 5 to 7 minutes, strain and sweeten.

Each 2 oz bag contains around 36 servings


Nettle: High in minerals, natural allergy relief, anti-inflammatory

Motherwort: Promotes heart health, anxiety relief, stimulates hormone health

Rosehip: High in Vitamin C, high in antioxidants, immune-boosting, cardiovascular health, anti-inflammatory

Lemon Balm: Calms the nervous system, boosts immunity, promotes restfulness

Hawthorn Berry: Great for chest pain and anxiety, cardiovascular health, help balance cholesterol, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory
